This was the worsted motel that I have every stayed in .the room was terrible and was not worth the money i paid for it I will never stay at a Fairfield inn again or use travelocite if this the kind of service you have

"We have to walk you"

It's never good when a hotel says the have to "walk you." Especially when you've driven over 7 hours to get there. You make your reservation in advance and having made reservation, don't think you need to make back up reservations. I made this reservation at the Fairfield. I did not make this reservation at the Sleep Inn. We got there and attempted to check in. We were told they were going to have to walk us. I asked just where they would be walking us to. I was informed to the Sleep Inn. Umm...no. We will not be staying at the Sleep Inn. Oh! But we have comp'ed your room! No! Actually you didn't. We had reservations for 2 nights and this piece of paper you handed me is only for one night. So what's the story you might ask? Fairfield says that they oversold their hotel by 7 rooms. Somehow their platinum members were able to book anyway. Funny thing. I also am a platinum member. So instead of enjoying 2 days with my family, it was only one.

Great Hotel

Location: Lots of place around to eat . Some you can even walk to .
Had a great night sleep passing through on our way up north. I will stay at this hotel again. Rooms clean , beds comfortable, breakfast was good.

It's all about the staff

Pros: The Staff
Location: Plenty of restaurants close by, mostly chains but a good variety of choices. Found a lake with a fitness trail not too far way.
The staff are warm and friendly and add many special touches to make the stay comfortable.
