Ok, but could be vastly improved. Bed never made properly, bottom sheet did not fit to tuck in, quilt cover more of a sheet, did not make for a comfortable sleeping experience. Room entrance and bathroom floor never looked clean... black tile.

Great location, clean room, good amenities, only issue was at 2am on Halloween night loitering by front entrance of 3 females/1 male - possibly for prostitution, looked like they could easily follow guests who have to badge into front glass doors after hours, and target people/commit theft/piggy back into elevators, luckily I was with a group who went in together, had it been m solo maybe not so fortunate.

Staff was nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and well decorated. Everything was in working order. Beds were comfy. Parking was close and easily accessible. We stayed in Nashville for a concert at the Ryman and it was a very short easy walk to get there. Will stay again.
