The hotel boasted of a family friendly environment. This was not the case. The hotel had transients in the stair well smoking and snorting drugs playing loud music and charging their phones. Also, the hotel had prostitution in the garage and prostitutes changing their clothes out in the open. The room itself was disgustingly unclean and should not have been given to anyone. There were no towels, hair on the floor and beneath the covers. As well as crumbs in the bed, with black, specks, and the same crumbs were around the bed on the floor. The bath tub had sand and hair in it and the sink looked the same. The desk area had food and nail polish all over it and we were kept awake by the loud noise/moaning and groaning next door accompanied by the slamming door about every 20-30 minutes. We were forced to stay in the room because as mentioned by the last hotel we called spring break and all decent hotels were booked up. The next day when I called to talk to Reggie the manager his attitude was just as nasty as what he called “his hotel”. He told me as long as I slept in his bed and used his toilet( which I did not I went to the gas station) he’d be charging us and in the future do our research on the area we are staying in which means he’s aware of the activity taking place there. I was surprised to see the hotel’s rating which all said he was nice because the way he raised his voice and spoke to me did not display those characteristics. I would never book at this hotel again.

The front desk that checked us in was so rude, doesn’t even know how to accommodate guests properly, I know this coz I work as a Hotel Manager!! Bathroom is dirty. We checked in for 2 queen beds, but amenities are only for 1 guest. MAINLY GIVING LOW REVIEW BECAUSE THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS RUDE AS HELL!

The first room was in ok condition, but the TV did not work, and there were no towels. After the maintenance person worked on the TV to no avail, we were switched rooms. No refrigerator, no microwave, but they did get the TV working eventually. Yay. We were only staying one night, so we were able to deal with the room. Good night’s sleep, plenty of hot water but would never stay at this hotel again.

When we arrived as we turned into the parking lot we were greeted with half naked females standing in the middle of the road(almost hit one).Checked in to room late (8pm) and no bath towels but one wash cloth and the towel for the floor in room. Called and asked for towel at 7am said that when housekeeping got in they would bring up. Waited till 9am went down stairs and they said they let housekeeping know and they would bring up as there was no towel in the back. We finally used the 2 to little towels that were there. We left for the day And when we returned at 7pm there was still no towel went down and waited for someone to come to front desk only to see manage was on side of playing craps with a group of men . Lobby smelled of weed very bad. Went to enjoy my bayside view only to see cops present and 5 to 7 hookers standing on the corner. Would not recommend for family’s

Horrible! Unsafe! All the photos advertised for this place are FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I felt like I was in a 3rd world country at this place. First, when we pulled up for check in time, the lobby was empty, no one around, the amenities that were all CLOSED. No restaurants, no bars open, no luggage cart, nothing! I called out a few times before someone came to help me, but I could hear them in the back office using vulgar words and cursing. The guy who helped me had tattoos and did not look professional at all. The room was dirty, the towels had stains on it, I do not understand how a place using the name “Wyndam” could be so dirty and filthy! The sink was broken so it had water drip. The mattress had a bed sheet that was loose, so it came off easily and the mattress stunk. When we parked at the back of the parking, there were cars that pulled up and they were dealing drugs. At night when we went out for dinner and came back, the drug deals continued but this time there were also hookers that were walked out the hotel and standing around on the street, cars would pull up and flash their lights, and a black guy would run over and make deals. When we got on the elevator 2 gangsters walked out from the back office and got on the elevator. It looks like the reviews dating back months say the same thing and NO ONE has done anything about it! So, I did not want to waste my time with a review, but I wanted to warn future customers what is going on at this hotel. I did not see ANY staff

In fairness, the room was pretty decent for the price. They have a microwave and mini fridge. But the elevator stinks, it was raining during our stay and there was a leak inside the elevator. Not satisfied with the smell and cleanliness as well. But staffs were nice.

Hotel is very aged, a lot of deferred maintenance. Smelled yucky. A room with 2 queen beds had one bath towel and one wash cloth. It was very dirty. Not the worst I've ever rented but pretty close.

The staff seemed to preoccupied, when I checked in I had to wait for the desk clerk to finish talkkng to a.friend kn tne lounge. The room.had only a wash towel hanging, no other towels, when i notified them the desk clerk told me.ot would be a while to get towels. Air cond worked 1 day i was there a.week 2 times they told me thet were sending someone to check but nobody came to the room. Last time and only tIme at this place.

The bathroom had major bugs. The bathroom door got locked from inside out which took them over 2 hours to have someone come up and fix. I had to go to the front desk to ask them to open the bathroom door. Couldn’t use the lobby bathroom because it was not working. Ordered towels, waited 2 hours, had to go to the front desk and request towels again. Stairwells smelled like urine. Front desk barely answered the phone. Very disappointed and would not recommend staying there. This hotel has gone down.

. Towels and sheets are old. Room is dated and smelly. There was a bag full of trash right outside my door when I got the room. Staff was ugh. There was a service woman (lady of the night) in a bikini at 1 am showing her privates. Next to the back door to get in the building. Just not not the best experience for a good name hotel chain.
