Security Deposit & Rental Agreement - After making your reservation, you’ll receive a notification to complete our rental agreement and schedule your security deposit through our trusted, API-connected management system, OwnerRez. Completing both is required to confirm the terms and conditions of your stay.

The security deposit functions as a hold on your card—no charge is made unless damage occurs. This hold is placed two days before check-in and automatically released five days after check-out.

Exterior Security Camera + Motion Lights - There are motion detector lights and a camera installed on the garage. Upon arrival at night, the motion lights will activate aiding in visibility while unloading.
