Want to dip into the cool waters of the Guadalupe without having to navigate tubers? Maverick's is located near Canyon Lake Dam, upriver from all the tubers so you'll find it to be a wonderful location to jump in for a swim or paddle a kayak.

Want outdoor space for visiting, eating, and playing? Maverick's has a large deck overlooking the calm and peaceful waters of the Guadalupe River, complete with gas grill, dining table, and plenty of additional space to lounge.

Want outdoor space for playing games, tossing the ball, or letting the kids play? Maverick's has a large, grassy, fenced in yard out front, perfect for all kinds of fun.

Want a functional kitchen, with both indoor and outdoor dining options and a patio for grilling and hanging out? Maverick's has it.

Want king beds for the adults? Maverick's has 2 in the main house and a 3rd out in the private guest house.

Want bunk space for the kids? Maverick's has 2 sets of bunks in the bunk room and a queen sleeper sofa in the master bedroom for all the little Mavericks on your trip.

Want lounging space in the house? Maverick's has a comfortable living room setup with a large Smart TV, and an enormous 10ft dining table for conversations that linger long beyond dinner.

Want to feel away from it all yet be close to civilization? Maverick's is located just off of FM306, two miles from the Horseshoe and Whitewater Amphitheater. Tubing/river outfitters, concerts, gas, groceries and much more are all nearby. It's also only a quick 20 minute drive to New Braunfels where you'll find, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Gruene Hall and Historic District, Wurstfest, and the Comal River Tube Chute.

Of course you want it all... and you can have it at Maverick's River Haus! Whether you're looking for a home for a family vacation, a guys or gals getaway, or a small group gathering, Maverick's can accommodate. Maverick's has two bedrooms with king beds and a third bunk room; the master also has a queen sleeper sofa. Two full baths, large living and dining areas, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a convenient laundry room comprise the main house overlooking the Guadalupe. Three sets of patio doors in the main living area bring the outdoors in. In addition, the guest house studio hosts a comfortable king bed, large TV, kitchen, and full bathroom with walk-in shower.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 12 guests and 4 vehicles, unless otherwise approved. Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay. No smoking or pets are allowed on the property.
