Great location, unfortunately only one lift was working the whole stay. This caused very long delays to use as often it was full. My husband also got stuck in the lift. Water for tea and coffee in foyer was often empty.

I like the two new pairs of bedroom slippers that was in the room for the guests, that was unique. And also that they can bought the breakfast to your room.

They have two elevators, only one worked for three days. With janitorial staff trying to go u0 and down over 20 floors, it would take at least 45 minutes each time to get to our room on the 10th floor, since ir holds only 5 people! The room was dirty, the entry door would not lock unless you slammed it. Bathroom door dd not have a lock on it. No closet whatsoever or any kind of drawers to store your things. Shower head sprayed sideways instead of down. Ice machine on our floor did not work. We were supposed to check in at 3pm, our room wasn’t ready until 5 and even though we requested a room with street view we were stuck in room 1003, which has a view of another building 5 feet away filled with trash. I would absolutely never recommend this hotel to anyone! Young kids running the desk, absolutely clueless about how to run a business or deal with customers. Supremely disappointed seeing how much we spent.

Very bad organization of the staff! Cleaning ladies at 8am nocking the door for cleaning, way early and at checkout had to wait 15min to get an elevator. Water and electricity on and off all day not a proper shower at all. The first 2 guys in the reception distracted and gave me wrong info about parking that was supposed to be $45 for whole stance and was $100

Great stay! The hotel is in an unbeatable location, just steps from Times Square and easily walkable to countless restaurants, shops, and attractions. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Perfect spot for exploring the city!

The room was on the smaller side, which we expected, and check-in was smooth. Unfortunately, later in the evening, we noticed water leaking through the vent directly above the toilet, which splashed onto my toiletries and clothing. It was an unpleasant surprise. We contacted the front desk, and while they promptly brought extra towels to help manage the water on the floor, no further action was taken that night. At check-out, we were offered a comp for the resort fee on one room. Since I had booked three rooms and considering the inconvenience, I believe waiving the resort fees for all three would have been a more appropriate gesture of goodwill.

The location of the hotel is great! Right off of 5th ave. Which is near a lot of stores & a 5-7 min walk to Times Square! Lots of things to do around the area! Especially on the weekends. As for the hotel it was nice! Cleaning could use some work with the dusting but besides that it was good! I did have a problem with my A/C unit leaking in the room but I was moved to a new room and didn’t have any issues with that one. Overall I enjoyed my stay & the staff are very kind and helpful!

Wanted a hotel walking distance from broadway theaters and not in Time Square. Citadines has a great location w.45th street and 5th avenue. The hotel has 6 rooms on each floor (22 floors). We had a room 2 double bed room on the 21st floor. It was quiet, clean, with comfortable beds and a Keurig coffee machine. The rooms not come with other appliances, no mini fridge or microwave though a mini fridge can be rented during the online check-in for 15$ per day. There is a communal microwave on the lower level and a filtered water dispenser (there are also 2 Mac computers and a printer). WiFi worked fine (we did not movies). The room was freshly painted and faced the rear of the hotel (no view). Ac worked well. Shower pressure and temperature was fine.
