I would have given a perfect rating except our shower controls didn’t work. Couldn’t get hot water (but ok at sink). If I were staying more than 1 night I would have had it attended to. Would definitely stay there again. Super quiet. Staff super helpful and pleasant.

Made a reservation at this hotel intending to drive to the location and park the car and stay overnight. I called the hotel and verified (twice) that there would be parking available across the street at a garage that the hotel had arrangements with. When I arrived, traffic was nightmarish and I circled the area for over two hours unable to park anywhere - the garage they had directed me too was closed and overflowing onto the street. I had to abort my trip and return home without staying as there was no place to park. I want a refund.
