I ended up at this hotel extremely tired after 2 flight cancellations. The shower selection was broken and water was coming out of the shower and tap at the same time. The water was not draining and you would stand in the soapy water while finishing up. There was a dirty hand towel left on the tub probably from the last occupant, which the hosekeeping should have cleaned.

The check in Lady may have had her teeth out recently, as she never smiled once. I felt i was an inconvenience to her day. Not a good Corporate image.Everything else about the Hotel was very good.
