The staff was very friendly and professional. The tub was not cleaned when we entered the room bit housekeeping took care of it immediately. We couldn't find the airport shuttle when we left the airport . It was not explained on thier website that you have to take a monorail to a carpark to catch the shuttle.

The room stay was nice but the supposedly HOT buffet breakfast was awful !! How do you serve lukewarm pancakes & waffles and hard as brick butter squares and COLD syrup mind you they have the syrup in a server with the warmer underneath but NO heat !! Not only that ran out of everything bagels on the first day and kept saying waiting on order … Potatoes were cold and eggs were awful and awful looking !! The coffee nasty af…..Please do better because ppl can uber food for the $20 you charge !!!
