Unfortunately, this hotel room fell well below basic expectations for comfort, cleanliness, and upkeep. Before our stay, I reached out to the hotel twice with concerns after reading multiple negative reviews. I never received a response, which in hindsight was a red flag and did not inspire confidence going into the stay. The room itself showed clear signs of neglect. There were stains on the walls and bedding, peeling and damaged wall coverings, rusted and corroded door hinges, and grime buildup around fixtures. Several areas appeared patched or poorly repaired, giving the room an overall worn and unhygienic feel rather than simply “dated.” The bed was extremely firm to the point of being uncomfortable, making it difficult to get restful sleep. The shower was also frustrating. The water temperature was difficult to regulate and shifted unpredictably, which made using it unpleasant. Noise was another major issue. The hotel sits beneath multiple highways, resulting in constant traffic noise throughout the night. Sleep was repeatedly disrupted, and the room never felt quiet or restful. To add to the frustration, parking is $22 per night and breakfast is $20 per person. Given the condition of the hotel and the overall experience, these added costs felt unreasonable. You would be far better off spending a bit more for a higher-quality property that includes parking and breakfast and offers a significantly better stay. We only stayed here because the hotel was part of a deal

The room was spacious and clean, staff were very nice and accommodating! The airport shuttle bus was very convenient and frequent, especially during new years! Breakfast was good, had a selection of fruit, hot food selection and bread section! Me and my sister were very happy with the hotel considering how chaotic New Year’s Eve travel can be.
