The facility was clean, staff was helpful, they have the best hotel breakfast buffet! The manager was out greeting guests on the busiest days. Would definitely stay again. Also, the pool was open even in December.

Room was ok. Beds are hard. Staff not very welcoming. The breakfast was terrible. Runny eggs and oatmeal. Sausage patties were nasty brunt and no good options. Same thing everysay. Fruit was on the way to rotten. Pool was freezing.

We required a pack and play, the front desk stated that we needed to inform them beforehand about the request. We called the hotel days in advance about it. There was no communication about it before hand. The lady on the phone informed us that we only needed to ask when we arrived and it would be provided. We have a 7 month old that crawls and puts things in her mouth. She will fall of the bed. Also they charge for parking. The front desk told us we could either call to ask for a refund or just stay. We came from very far and arrived at midnight.

Staff was brutal especially the manager Danielle. She checked me in and told me I got the last room - my flight had been cancelled. On my floor I had a group of young people partying in the hallway and I called front desk a couple times to complain in the nighttime after 10 pm. The group continued to be loud and I opened my door to ask them to please be quieter and then they began calling my room. I called front desk again and they told to unplug my phone. Eventually the noice level stopped but it was 2 am. I had my 10 year old with me so we both had a bad sleep. When I went to talk to front desk in morning-Theo told me he was very sorry and they would refund me but I had to call Expedia abd they would call hotel to process but then Expedia talked to Danielle and she refused the refund and said I should of asked to change rooms ( even though she told me I got the last room when I booked) . I had notes at the front desk about the situation from night staff but she said she didn’t believe it happened. I couldn't believe how bad customer service was from the manager. I am still currently waiting to get refunded from Expedia.

The room was very nice and clean, staff was attentive and cordial, the amenities were great, I had a problem with the tv but was corrected asap and with the toilet twice just low pressure, but overall it’s a very nice hotel would definitely stay there again ☺️
