Clean room, pool was not heated which was disappointing. But the shuttle service to the airport was great and ran every 30 minutes 24hrs. Only one restaurant on site with limited options, especially if you have any food allergies so be prepared.

When we got our rooms 2/3 weren't properly cleaned, and hotel staff was very rude about it. After leaving for the day and coming back the hotel hosted an even causing us to have to park on the street after already paying for hotel parking access

I never received the statement as promised. Was double charged on my credit card. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant have a major attitude issue. Lots of very noisy guests that will wake you up in the middle of the night. Avoid, avoid, avoid

From the beginning, the check in was literally ridiculous .At almost midnight, have to deal with this unprofessional, rude obnoxious check-in woman.Im not even sure where to find this kind of person to a hospitality business!!!From here didn’t get any better….the window was held together with duck tape, yes!DUCK TAPE the carpet were full of stains the bathroom fan was not working and the smell because of that was literally unbearable inside.My 9 year old daughter slept above the sheets with her clothes on. This is the most unprofessional place we ever stayed in!!!

Rooms adequate, if a bit worn. Staff were a bit indifferent. But real problem, especially for an airport hotel, was NO fresh coffee available by 7:30am, without paying $24 for breakfast buffet. Really??? Feeble “in room” coffee was it — at 7:30am! The only highlight were the 2 shuttle drivers with positive, helpful attitudes!
