The lobby is nice. The beds are small tho. and the walls are thin so you can hear all the other guests around you.

We arrived after 1 pm and the front desk says their check in is at 4 pm or Th jet can d as lol us when a room gets available. We waited in the lobby and after 1 hour and 30 minutes wait, we asked if there’s a room available, and front desk said they’re waiting for a handicap accessible room for us. We told them we didn’t request for a handicap room and we checked our reservation and nowhere does it say we ask for one. Then we finally got a room and resting in bed, s staff member knocked and even before we could respond, she unlocked our door to come in to our room.

Loved the lobby. Didn't like our room shower. Water leaked all over the bathroom floor. Than went to leave and the gate wouldn't open had to turn around and b they said press a button n itll open and i didn't had to go back into the lobby a 2nd time where she said "oh try it again"

We have a third floor room with interior balcony overlooking the restaurant and lobby. Very noisy even with the glass door shut, until midnight. No natural light in the room. AC is auto set and so cold, we had to crawl under the covers. Finally just turned it off, but lost the ventilation. No restaurants or conveniences near by. Food was so expensive, this west coaster was in sticker shock. Went next door and got a sandwich from the Ramada with chips and a beer. We split the meal for one into two and still spent $17.00. Glad to be leaving. Room was clean and comfortable.

the staff was very nice. the gym was modern and clean. the rooms and specifically the bathroom needs better upkeep (multiple chips in the paint and the wall paper was peeling).
