The hotel was overall great, but the rooms definitely need some renovations. There was much less parking than what was needed. There should also be a part of the lot meant for people commuting to and from the airport, and part specifically for the hotel guests.

Don’t stay here! The pro’s.. the ladies checking in were so sweet and helpful. The driver for the early morning shuttle was horrible. Our room- phone didn’t work, I had to use the phone in the hallway to get fresh towels which took 2 hours, our air conditioner/heater didn’t work in our room. When they came to clean our room, they only made the bed, we didn’t get a refresher of coffee, cups or towels. Our bathroom smelled like urine. When I went to the bathroom in the lobby the bathroom floors were dirty and sticky. There was no toilet paper in any of the stalls nor was there paper towels. Needs more staff, needs a remodel! Our NY skyline view was no view… save your money

I was given a room with two twin beds my reservation was for a king bed. They swapped me out for the king bed the second night. Hotel is old, tubs have rust, old flooring, etc. Thus hotel needs a remodel badly. I have stayed at a lot of DoubleTree Hotels, this was by far the worst. Staff was friendly.

One girl from reception staff was really rude she was like a supervisior and when there was a problem with my room she did not even try to help! I had to get the upper manager and his solution wasn’t all that great either! Hotel is old rooms need work and the closet and drawers were covered in dust! Will not recommend and will never come back! Such a shame for it being by Hilton!
