We had requested in advance by months to be in a room with 2 beds and NOT by the elevators. When we arrived to check in they told us there was only 1 room available and it was near the elevators. It was noisy most of the 3 nights we stayed. Otherwise it is a beautiful hotel with cordial staff.

I liked the fact it was close to the airport. What I didn't like was that front desk ignored my request for extra toilet paper! It never made it to my room.

I normally choose the Hilton Brands for Business and family events. However this Location was a Major disappointment with the quality of customer service that was provided. A staff member by the name of Takisha that works in the Starbucks, was exceptionally rude and unprofessional towards my family and I. Takisha refused to provide basic customer service to me as she insisted not to care, I was left humiliated and embarrassed. This Doubletree by Hilton has expressed Low quality standards towards guest and the staff are not properly trained on customer service requirements from the management team. Due to this incident I will no longer use this Hilton Brand for my future travel needs.
