The hotel overall was great! Greats staff! Clean! Stocked properly! The only issue we had was parking! The hotel needs a bigger parking lot. Also for breakfast they should add eggs without cheese for lactose intolerance guest. But overall it was a good stay. It was not my first time and it won’t be my last! Thank you for a good experience! Work on the parking

I was unfortunately stuck in the NYC blizzard when trying to fly out of Newark last week, and I very last minute needed a hotel near the airport at 9pm and the Hampton Inn & Suites was perfect. It was quick to get to, staff was super nice, everything was clean, the room was large with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was simple but modern and clean, the room had a mini kitchen with fridge, and the lobby had a mini-mart for snacks drinks and even some fridge/freezer options to make in the room. My only complaint was that the kitchen / bar was closed when I arrived (not my experience at most spots in general that early - usually at least the bar is open for drinks until 10 or 11) so the lack of "real" food options was a bummer, but beyond that, everything was great! I hope I'm not stuck in Newark near the airport again, but if I am, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

My check in Reception was very courteous. Room desk counter top still had crumbs on it and the refrigerator cabinet had spilled milk stain. Dust buildup behind the television. One young housekeeper understood no English. She forded her cart and trash can into the elevator with me pushed into the wall. I kept telling her it couldn’t fit with me in there but she kept saying sorry. That’s all she slew. I went through all that and she was just going one floor down. She could have allowed me to exit it first. My attempt to check out, the receptionist ignored me for two minutes as if he was busy on the computer so I dropped the keys in the box. He then said have a nice day. Disrespect!!

We absolutely LOVED Ana at the front desk! She checked us in and gave us a few things to do close by prior to our concert. We met her again at checkout and had a great, upbeat conversation. She’s an A+ when it comes to customer facing staff. The room was nice.
