The location of the hotel is amazing!! Also, the rooms are fairly soundproof, so helps keep the outside noises to a minimum. Rooms are very spacious and the AC works great! Helpful staff as well!

This hotel was fantastic, mainly due to location. It is steps, and I mean about 20 to the best plaza in Nice. Rue Messana has so many outside cafes. The room was great, clean, modern, shower was so nice. But, realize it is in the room so you can't be shy. I highly recommend this hotel, reasonable price, would definitely stay again.

The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos. The room was very spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and spotless. The location was extremely central, yet we had no issues with noise at all. Even though there was no elevator, the staff were very helpful with our luggage. We would definitely choose to stay here again when we come back.

An excellent option for exploring Nice, centrally located, 200 metres from Place Massena, the gateway to the old town, and very close to The Promenade des Anglais. Being 6 floors above ground level (116 steps) will ensure you don't forget something before you leave the apartment, but the elevation gives outstanding vistas towards the surrounding hills. Three sets of floor-to-ceiling double French doors create plenty of light. Parquetry floors add style & ambience. It could be improved with better use of the space by the addition of a built-in wardrobe & hooks for drying towels, etc.
