Hotel was very clean and modern. Reception staff very friiendly and helpful . A full explanation of all available services. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK apart from powdwered egg used to make scrambled eggs. It would also help if guests were told that the cold buffet and warm buffet were in seperate rooms

Don't do it. First, the staff does a really good job with a really bad hotel. I was pleased by the staff and how kind and gracious they were but it couldn't make up for this hotel. It's listed as a 4 star. There is no known universe in which this hotel is a 4 star, it's a mangy 2 star. There's an odd little hallway leading to an elevator off a side street to access the hotel; no lobby, no seating area, nothing that would be expected in a normal 4 star hotel. We were in trouble when I asked for extra pillows and they were completely taken aback. We were given a room and not offered the Expedia upgrade. When we went to the room, the ac wasn't working and there was black mold around the air vents. The room was a tiny little wedge shaped room with very little space to maneuver, dark and depressing. There is no balcony unless you're upgraded to the three or four rooms that have one. But why get a balcony to look over a convenience store and a dirty street where sketchy men hang out and drink after dark? We asked for another room as I have allergies. The hallways smelled dank and wet. Our new room had a full trash can and the toilet was dirty. In the night we discovered that the toilet seat was barely attached. All I wanted to do was get out of this hole and stay in a real 4 star. There's breakfast but you'll be competing with the fruit flies for the croissants. There are no redeeming features to this hotel. Don't do it.

First time staying. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They spoke many languages which was great The rooms were clean, tidy and soundproof. Housekeeping available when needed. Great location to many restaurants and the promenade.

Location was amazing! You’re in the city but three blocks away from the beach. There’s lots of food options. Staff were super kind, helpful, and accommodating. Room was clean and felt safe. Highly recommend this place.
