Welcome to the "Casa Del Sol", a 1bd/1ba guesthouse which sleeps 4 in a fantastic location in the bustling Park Circle neighborhood, just a mile away from the main drag with its great restaurants, parks, events, and nightlife! The home has been recently updated and tastefully decorated and is ready to welcome you for your stay in Charleston!

*Can be booked together with the main house for an entire property with 4 bedrooms and 7 beds. Perfect for larger groups!

The guest house has it's own entrance down a path adjacent to the main home. A 6 foot privacy fence surrounding the property will allow you to enjoy the beautiful Charleston weather in the backyard which has been dressed up with pavers and landscaping.

Park Circle, located in North Charleston, is an up-and-coming location with a lively dining and nightlife scene centered on East Montague Avenue. The Hunley submarine, which was lost for more than a century, is on display, plus artifacts found onboard when it was discovered. A butterfly garden and disc golf course at Park Circle, and Quarterman Park with a small lake, offer peaceful retreats.

QUIET HOURS

We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Any violations will result in noise complaints being called in and possible removal from the property.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Your safety and comfort are our priority. In the unlikely event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER FOR CHARLESTON COUNTY during your stay, rest assured that both the Owner/Host and the Property Management Company WILL REFUND 100% OF YOUR PAYMENTS for the dates of evacuation. Once refunded, neither party will have further liability regarding your Reservation.

Please note that ONLY MANDATORY EVACUATIONS WILL QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS OR ALTERATIONS. No other travel disruptions due to weather, whether in South Carolina or other states, are eligible. For protection, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially in high-risk months like hurricane season (June through November). Airbnb's insurance or other options are recommended.

INSECTS

As Charleston is situated in a warm, coastal climate it is possible to see insects inside or outside of the home at times. These include palmetto bugs, sand gnats, mosquitoes, ants, etc. Those who reside in the Lowcountry just accept this as part of living here but it may be unsettling for those from other areas. The home is treated regularly for pest control but this will not entirely eliminate insects from getting inside at times. Please do your best to not keep doors and windows open and not leave food or drinks out in the home as this will attract insects. FINDING AN INSECT IS NOT CAUSE FOR A REFUND.

DUPLEX

There is a detached guesthouse with it's own private entrance and parking on the property. The main home and guesthouse share no spaces. Both units can be booked together for an entire property consisting of 7 beds and 4 bedrooms. Great for groups!

SUPPLIES

All reservations are equipped with at least one towel/washcloth per guest, one hand towel per bathroom, three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher pods, and 3 laundry pods. If any supplies run out mid-stay, guests are responsible to provide any additional supplies needed for the remainder of their trip.

LANDSCAPING

Landscaping is scheduled around every two weeks and not on an exact schedule so there is a chance that you may see the landscapers on the property during your stay.

DECORATING

Use painters tape for event decorations to avoid damages and do not use any glitter or other similar decorative items that are difficult to clean. Damages due to tape removal or decorations or additional cleaning will incur a $500 repainting/cleaning fee.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A $500 damage deposit is automatically billed upon arrival. It will be refunded to your card after checkout if there are no claims made for damages.
