Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including:

- Washer and dryer
- Driveway parking
- Fenced in yard (please note: one corner of the fence is lower than the rest and may not contain dogs that jump—best for supervised play)
- Fire pit and outdoor seating
- Starter paper goods, soaps, and basic pantry spices

Please note: A few owner closets are locked and not available to guests.

Other things to note
We’ve kept everything simple so you can focus on the fun:

- Driveway fits up to 4 cars; no street parking
- Bring your own firewood or charcoal for the grill and firepit
- One exterior camera faces the driveway for safety
- The fenced yard is great for dogs, but please supervise jumpers
- You may occasionally hear neighborhood dogs
