Gound Floor - No Stairs.

Private, quiet, 10-foot ceiling studio perched at the top of a cul-de-sac and surrounded by lush greenery.

While I want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your stay, I kindly ask that you treat my place with care and respect. Please keep in mind this is my home, not a hotel.

This entire private downstairs studio is exclusively yours during your stay—no shared spaces and no owner on the property while you’re here. You’ll enjoy complete privacy with the added comfort that the owner is close by and easily reachable if anything is needed—support without hovering.

Designed for deep rest and focused work, the space features no stairs for easy access, keyless entry for effortless self-check-in, and remote-controlled blackout blinds on every window for late sleepers or light-sensitive guests.

Enjoy Sonos speakers throughout for seamless sound, plus a full kitchen for real meals, not just reheated leftovers. Quiet, private, and intentionally designed for comfort, productivity, and reset.
