This home was just as described on website - perfect for a family stay! The large open kitchen and dining space made gathering easy and plenty of bathrooms and showers gave each guest plenty of space!! This is a charming property conveniently located near a grocery store and multiple restaurants on Piedmont Ave.. It was built in the early 1900s, but has been updated into a cozy spot with a modern vibe. Our family was comfortable and enjoyed a pleasant stay.

Oakland/Piedmont Five Star Location!

Mothers and daughters in town to visit family for the weekend and celebrate a birthday. The spacious kitchen/dining room was perfect for a casual group dinner and leisurely breakfasts. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Even though weather did not permit use, we were very impressed by the front patio setup and amenities. Though on a corner, the patio is quite private and inviting. The VRBO location was ideal, as a one block walk to Piedmont Avenue with shops and restaurants. The size of the home was spacious and worked well with adults, who wanted their own rooms and plenty of bathroom space. Booking and communication with owners was easy and seamless. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others! Happy to know that there is a great option in the Oakland area without being downtown.
