"The entire hotel was so clean and comfortable. The front desk staff member was probably the nicest person on the planet. we may have confused him a bit by arriving at midnight and leaving again at 6 a.m. after a long trip! We fell fast asleep right away in the super comfortable beds, and the hallways were wonderfully quiet. It was such a treat to wake up and enjoy a delicious hot breakfast before getting back on the road in the morning. Definitely recommend!!"

"No AC, No microwave, mountain view was non existent "

"Stayed for business in a the Executive Room. Was unable to use the 7th floor for breakfast as it was full with no room to sit. Had to pay and eat in the restaurant and the buffet was poor quality with old past due fruit, over cooked sausages. Not the quality of food you would expect with this type of hotel. The pub was booked for a private function so could not use that space. The room itself was very comfortable but they need more attention on the amenities."

"The toilet didn’t work so we were put in a smaller dirty dingy room. The bedspread had to be changed. The carpets are crusty. Breakfast was out of virtually everything by 9. It runs till 10. We were not offered any compensation of any kind for the downgrade to a smaller and quite dingy room next to the laundry room. "
