"The smell of the cleaners used in this hotel are SO toxic and WAY TOO STRONG - gave me asthma and disgusted my senses. The hum of all the things, the refrigerator is loud, the swamp cooler was uneven and pulsing, the light from the alarm clock was barely able to be unplugged to stop it and of course the sound of the elevator RIGHT next to my room. Lastly, I called to get a shuttle and no one told me I ought to reserve a shuttle for the next morning so I couldn't get a ride back to the airport but if they had just let me know I needed to do so more quickly I could've saved $30 for a 5 hour stay at this awful place."

"Friendly staff and great location. Quite dated with old carpets and door locks that didn’t ever work the first try, but comfortable beds. They need to figure out or improve the radiator situation - I’m not sure if the temperature is lowered when the rooms aren’t in use, but the first night it was so loud it was impossible to sleep through. Fortunately the second night was quieter, but the third night I could hear a similar noise from an adjacent room. Adjusting the thermostat made no difference on the very high temperature. Although not fully the fault of the hotel, someone smoked something rank in a room beside me and it all came through the vents/door and stunk up my room severely. "

"Carpets were dirty and not vacuumed in the hallways for the two days I stayed there. Very loud neighbors. Walls and door offer no insulation from noise from neighboring rooms and I had trouble getting sleep."

"It was a very small trip with my kids, altogether we enjoyed. It was clean, room, staffs were perfect. Although when i was trying to check in, she was talking on the phone, helping another customer book. we all stood there, she didnt even tried to say as courtesy, ' she will be back in a minute". Then other staff named Manpreet came, and she helped and should appreciate more as she took an extra effort to provide us something a bag with fruits, croissnats and muffins, because we were doing fasting and there wasnt an option for us to get food early morning at 5 am. So Thankyou Manpreet. I didnt get to see you and Thankyou while checkingout, as i left at 7.15am. Overall its a great stay."

"we were very happy the staff allowed us to upgrade after we noticed the room we had was too small for our family. However, the condition of the property is not what we expected. I could hear word for word from the next room, so no soundproof walls at all. Not ideal when you just want a good night sleep. Food from the Moxies was not the best tbh. First night they also got one of our orders wrong and the excuse given was terrible. The rooms smell awful, not sure if some people have smoked in these rooms or carpets aren’t cleaned thoroughly sometimes but there was a bit of a smell at all times which can be very annoying. I guess if you just want something affordable and don’t care much about the comfort and noise you’re good."
