Night shift staff would not check us in and said she had nothing available. Now I have to wait 15 days to get my money back !!! I'll never pre book with Travelocity again

Tried the hot tub Not hot at all, Breakfast was also cold cooked eggs even thought they were in a heated tray, lots to choose from and the hotel won't honor membership discounts because it was booked through Travelocity, will never again book through Travelocity
