"The staff at this fine hotel are outstanding and make the hotel what it is! While the interior and rooms feel a little worn, they are clean and comfortable. We were in town for a catholic weekday Mass at Notre Dame and the convenience of being in walking distance in vieux Montréal was nice! From the valet welcome upon arrival to the front desk quick assistance and ‘smiles’ to the refreshing flavored water cooler, real hot chocolate and friendliness and concern of the staff - we felt special and cared for! "The room was very nice and comfortable especially the bed and bedding. Staff was courteous and attentive. They were easy to check in early and then hold our luggage when we checked out. The pool area was a highlight of our trip, it was 30 degrees out and the heated pool was so enjoyable and had a beautiful view of the city and the river. The convenience of walking to all the shops and restaurants in Old Montreal. We would love staying here again and would recommend to anyone. "

"Stayed here with our family of 5. We came in on a red eye flight. We had no expectations that our room would be ready but within minutes the wonderful staff had us sorted and into a room. The room itself was spacious and clean. We loved that the hotel was centrally situated with many dining and shopping options. We were a short walk away from the metro and popular destinations like the Biodome and Ferris Wheel. Overall it was a fantastic stay and we’d definitely stay again!"
