"The Craftsman Inn is a gem! Check-in was super easy and the front desk staff checked in regularly to see that we were comfortable. The room was clean and spacious and the staff placed us by a door since we brought our dog with us. The restaurant is excellent and we ate there multiple nights during our stay. The only downside was loud children we could hear through the walls (but that’s not necessarily the hotel’s fault). We also requested a room refresh that didn’t happen; but if we needed anything it was a call away. Minor inconveniences. Very convenient location while tucked enough away to be peaceful. Will stay here again!!!"

"The stay was really good but do not order the room service which is not on site, We ordered food that the person said would be 45mins which took 2hrs and when we called 3 times each person said they are 2 mins away . The fries were cold and half eaten, wings were supposed to be honey garlic were hot sauce with half of the sauce leaked onto the fries ."
