Other things to note
Pool/Spa Heat
If guests paid for pool/spa heat the pool heater will be programmed between 85- 86 degrees. The pool/spaâs water temperature is maintained by a heat pump heater that will automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage. The colder the outdoor temperature is, the less efficient the pool/spa will heat. The pool may be cool in the mornings as the heater can not run 24/7 so it is off overnight. If guests donât pay for pool/spa heat, the spa will not be heated as they are both heated by the same unit. Use of spa jets can be turned on with timer dial on the exterior wall of the house closest to the spa.
