False Advertising

From the moment we arrived it was nothing but trouble , I have never wrote a review about a place until now! First off we arrived at 11:30 pm on your check in day , late flight
. We arrive and the guard at the gate said I was not on the list to be check in and gave me an after hours number to call, I proceeded to call 3 times which took over 45 mins to fix the problem which they said was their fault for not adding my name to the list in a timely manner, therefore we didn’t technically check in until the day after , so I requested a refund for the first night , no one returned my call, the next day we wake up and find out the pool isn’t heated nor the jazzuzi as advertised , you actually have to pay for pool heat so we did and the whole week there the northern got warm!! We called made several complaints nothing fixed! The bbq grill was broken and falling apart , we were finally brought a new one the last day of our stay , the tvs didn’t work due to the internet being horrible , no batteries in any remotes , karaoke machine broken along with microphones , broken pictures on walls, holes in the walls , cockroaches in the bathrooms, no trash bags, dish soap paper towels or toilet paper. I mean the list goes on, we all still enjoyed the Florida weather and the attractions , but for the price I paid this was not what I expected whatsoever and not even one attempt to make it right by management has been made , I feel a refund should definitely be given!!!

House was acceptable, customer service was terrible keep looking!-

We rented this property for a family vacation. The house on the surface was very nice and clean but we found a lot of the furniture was broken or on its last leg. The sheets and towels were poor quality. That would not have been such a big deal if I was not charged for a bed that was broken when I arrived. My son sat on the bed our first day and the bed collapsed. I immediately notified the property manager of the bed only to find the next day they charged my credit card for the bed.I tried numerous times to speak with the property management company but they kept referring me to other people who would not return calls. I essentially wasted 2 days of my vacation trying to get the bed fixed and get my money returned to me. Neither has happened. Also, I purchased the damage waiver for the home when I talked to the property management company about the bed I asked why I would be charged if I purchased the damage waiver and they told me the damage waiver covered sheets and towels. When I returned home and called VRBO they assisted me to make my claim. The subdivision is very nice and I have stayed at other homes in this subdivision with a much better experience. If they purchase new furniture and hire a new property management company this is a perfect choice!

Nice Place For Large Family

We rented this house for our extended family for our son’s wedding. The house was great for a large party. There were a few things that need improvement. First, the listing showed a pool table and when we got there the pool sticks were hanging on the wall but there was no pool table. Also, the Pac Man game didn’t work. This house had five bathrooms and would sleep around 18 people but they only had two wash clothes per bathroom for the whole house.

Disappointed and frustrated

First let me say that of all the properties we've stayed at, this is the first time I felt the need to write a rreview. Let me start with the positives: The home has plenty of space. The loft area upstairs and the game room allowed room for our entire party to spread out. The amenities at the clubhouse were also nice. With a party of 15, it was nice that the trash was picked up daily. The check in and check out process was simple. Now to the negatives. Lots of things in the house we broken. Just to name a few. The door handle to the pool, the light switch for the outside lights, the soap dispenser in the master bath, multiple items in the game room, one of the queen beds in the upstairs bedroom were just a few of the things that were broken. When we discovered the broken bed, we immediately called maintenance. Nobody contacted us or came until the afternoon of the next day. The bed was fixed enough for one person to sleep on one side of the bed because the other side collapsed again. There was no shower curtain in one of the upstairs bathrooms. We reported and were told that they would send one. We never received it and had to go buy our own. We were only given 10 towels, 8 wash clothes and no hand towels when we arrived. We called to request more towels. They never came. I followed up the next day and was given some pool towels and a few wash cloths and nothing else. As a result, we had to wash towels daily to ensure everyone had enough. The house lacked basic amenities like dish towels, oven mit, sink stopper, dish drainer, and the list goes on. For the amount of money we paid for this home, we were greatly disappointed. I wouldn't stay here again nor recommend it to anyone else. At this price point, I expect a shower curtain and not to have to sleep on the floor due to a broken bed.

Valentine weekend getaway vacay

One of the best house for the get away weekend vacay in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. House was very nice and clean as listed. The only downside about this property was the community gate checkin process. We were not provided the QR code to scan at the gate to get into the community. Called the management company several times before someone could help us. Overall it was a nice stay.
