The owner sent check in information on the check in day and the process was seamless. The house was clean and well stocked with amenities such a paper towels, toilet paper, dishes, cutlery, pots/pans, dish and laundry soap, etc. Appliances are on the newer side and very clean. The house has a fenced in backyard with a pool which we enjoyed as the Orlando weather got warmer. The backyard is private and quiet. The house is located within easy driving access to retail and restaurants. For example, Walmart is less than 10 minutes away for easy grocery shopping. The owner was professional, friendly, and very quick to respond to questions.We would definitely consider returning to this property.
