The Space:
If you are looking for a modern, comfortable home in a centrally located & quiet neighborhood , then this is for you! There is something for everyone here including a game room, billiard room, lake access and more.

You will find a lot of modern updates here as the home was recently updated with beautiful floors throughout, quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is large and open with white shaker soft-shut cabinets, stainless steel sink and appliances. There are new energy efficient windows throughout the home and nice outdoor patio with hanging bistro lights in the backyard for a nice cup of coffee and some sun!

For those looking to stay in, there is a 55-inch flatscreen smart TV in the living room and a 55-inch flatscreen smart TV in the master bedroom; all with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc and free channels as well. In addition, a stocked kitchen is available for guests to cook and dine at their convenience.

Getting Around:
To get to Starbucks, make a left when leaving the house. Another left at stop sign. Then make a right onto main road after passing through the gate and it's on the right when you get to 2nd traffic light.

To get to Polo Park, make a left when leaving the house. Another left at stop sign. Then make a right onto main road after passing through the gate. Turn left onto Challenger Ave and it's on the left a short ways down. Keep your eyes open for the sign.

For Disney parks and Disney Springs- Take US Hwy 27-N to US 192 W to US 427-N. Welcome to Disney!
