The room is spacious and clean and the beds are comfy. close enough to all major amusement parks. But, fan in room is loud because we cannot open any windows and needed to circulate air when our neighboring unit guests stood outside smoking weed at midnight. Breakfast is abysmel with very limited choice and small quantity. We took just eggs and fruit and when we asked for more fruit, the staff behind counter added one piece of strawberry. There is also no coin laundry by the hotel or close by. We drove 10 minutes to do laundry. Overall good hardware but lack details and service.

It’s the little things and our stay started with the person checking us in letting us know that the hot tub/pool area was closed for maintenance. While I understand maintenance is needed, one of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it had a hot tub, so it would have been nice if that information was available prior to booking. I also didn’t realize when I booked all of the doors are facing the exterior of the building so it was louder than we expected and our laminate floors were also lifting throughout (we were in room 116). The room itself was pretty clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was a nice size and the water pressure was good, but housekeeping did not check to make sure the shampoo/conditioner/body wash was replenished so someone needed to be called in to complete that service after hours so we could shower after a day at the parks. The buffet was nice, but in my opinion there wasn’t enough of a variety and it is only open from 7am-9:30 so don’t sleep in or you will miss it. I used the in room safe, which malfunctioned so we also needed to use maintenance during our stay. Was it the worst place I’ve stayed, no but I’m not sure I would stay here again either.

Staff were very accommodating and nice. Hotel room itself were very clean. Good location. The negatives: Breakfast was not good or appetizing at all. Not a typical breakfast or continental. No bacon or sausage. We didn’t have any bath towels, luckily we brought the kids towels for the pool (which the pool wasn’t even working and was off limits) so we used the beach towels instead.
