From the living area there is access onto a balcony with views of the 10th hole of the Arnold Palmer Golf Course.

A well-equipped modern kitchen with quartz countertops and breakfast bar. The kitchen includes a new gas range oven/stove and new microwave. There is also a dishwasher, coffee making machine and blender. The kitchen contains a large fridge freezer with ice maker. The kitchen has utensils, cutlery and crockery. Situated separately from the kitchen is laundry facilities inclusive of a washer /dryer and iron with ironing board.
