Excellent stay!!

We had a wonderful experience at the Hamlet house! This home is perfectly positioned to restaurants and theme parks. It is nestled in a sweet private, gated community. The owners are wonderful and communication was fantastic! We would most definitely visit this home again! Thank you so much Godwin family for the magical memories! Our family will treasure our time spent in your home!

The hosts are super transparent & informative about any changes that happen. We had a hiccup with the AC prior to our stay but the hosts did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable and informed with updates on repairs. Aside from that, the house is in a great location, close to everything you need & not far from the theme parks. The house is great and has tons of space. The pool is a great addition to this listing. Would definitely stay here again

Poor Cleanliness & supply

Dishes were dirty, food still on them, dirty cups, lipstick around entire glasses, sheets too small for the beds and constantly coming off when sleeping, no dishwasher soap or laundry soap (says fully supplied). FILTHY fridge and kitchen appliances. Pool guy showed up in the middle of us swimming and we had to get out.

Great location for Disney

Nice property with a weird shared driveway. The only problem is the shared driveway. It will fit two cars but they have to park tandem so we had to swap places several times. The house is as described, laid out nicely for families or a group of adults. It is tucked away in a corner so it feels secluded. It has a nice little side yard if you have a pet. Pool and sunroom was nice and private. We really enjoyed our stay and will be saving this place for future visits.

We had a good time and the location was great

We had an issue getting into the gate when it was after 8pm. The code they gave us didn't work. We had to wait for someone else to go in with a code and we followed them. The house was very convenient and was well set up. It has a lot of wear and tear to it that will need to be addressed soon, but it didn't take away from our experience. The pool was lovely and we appreciated them heating it. The driveway was a little difficult, but again, didn't take away from our having a great time. The neighbors were nice and I'm sure they don't appreciate different people sharing their driveway all of the time.
