A great place, even better than expected. Kids loved a quick dip in the pool on night one and quick rest from then parks. Home is equipped with everything you need. Was a perfect location for a Disney weekend. Considering staying here again in the future for longer stay when the weather warmer and slides open for use at clubhouse. The community it is located in has a lot of perks we were not able to fully enjoy. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom which was perfect for our party.

My family and I enjoyed our time staying at this place. It was very clean, the beds were soft and comfortable after long hot summer days at the theme parks. The AC unit, the washer and dryer worked great. There were 3 kid life jackets for us to use in the storage box outside with extra bath and beach towels for us to use on pool days. Location was very close to the clubhouse and water park. We tried going to the main pool and water park but they closed early due to lightning and thunderstorms. The unit also provided us with kid toys, books, games, strollers, highchairs, some food ingredients, and other items. We actually left some foil, napkins, seasonings, Ziploc bags and other items we left for future guests. We couldn't take everything back with us on the plane with our food and souvenirs. It's nice having a kitchen to cook food before/after going out to the parks to save money while on the trip. Just having the space to ourselves was relaxing but traffic is 15-30 minutes depending on where you are going. While the area is closer to Disney, we ended up going to Universal Studios theme parks instead. A pizza cutter, drinking cups, more plates, and more pans would be great for the kitchen. More rugs for the bathroom. Overall we would love to come back here again! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!! We will be back again!! )

The owner meticulously thought of everything that would make her guest comfortable. I typically overpack just in case a rental doesn’t have things I may need. But the property was well equipped and I really appreciate that. We had family staying at another property and even the quality of the furniture and cleanliness was subpar. Would even like to know if she has other properties in other areas for the future.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great experience here; great location, perfect size, and very clean. Communication was good anytime I had a question and check in/out process was excellent. All expectations were communicated well and done so beforehand. Kids loved the small plunge pool in the back over the larger community pool. Short walk to the pool. The community pool was nice but very crowded when we were there and all amenities at the house were as stated. Would definitely stay there again!

Second Verse, Same as the First

This was our second stay at Magic Holiday House and it did not disappoint! I don't think I have ever booked the same house twice. However, when we had another event in the Disney area, I did not hesitate to book here again. It was an easy choice. This house has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, and super clean, clean, clean. Everyone had a great time and plenty of space! MHH feels like home away from home!

Magic Holiday House Indeed

Was a wonderful place to stay; very clean, quiet and with its own private heated pool. Each bedroom had their own private bathroom, TV and one bedroom even had a Sony play station for your teenager to play. The large community pool for the complex was a very short walk away adding to the convenience.

Perfect Stay near Disney

This is an absolutely charming villa and property. Our family stayed six nights for a trip to Disney and it proved to be the perfect spot. The location cannot be beat and it has a lot of grocery options and restaurants nearby for easy and quick meals. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Florida. The host was amazing and super responsive. We highly recommend this little oasis south of the parks. You will not regret booking this property.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. There were even board games and a PlayStation for your kids and family to stay entertained. The owner of the property Lisa was very helpful and made our check in process an ease. I will definitely stay again.
