As you enter the main home, you are greeted with a large two-story foyer with dual bench seating areas. Immediately to the left, guests will enjoy the queen bedroom with wall-mounted, smart TV and ceiling fan. This queen bedroom also features French doors that open to the courtyard. To the right of the main entrance, guests will find a full bathroom next to the stairs. The bathroom includes a separate water closet and shower and is shared with the other front queen bedroom. That queen bedroom features a wall-mounted smart TV and a wall-controlled ceiling fan. Just outside this room is a built-in desk with a chair, perfect for getting a little bit of work done.

A quick walk through the laundry room with a full-size washer, dryer, and sink leads guests to the theater. Enjoy your favorite movie or sporting events in your own private, luxury theater! With padded soundproof walls, a large projection screen, and two tiers of movie seating, families are certain to spend plenty of time during their vacation here.

Moving towards the back of the house, guests will find the entertaining and living areas, worthy of A million vacation memories. To the left, a custom bar area with glassware and a fridge, as well as an accompanying coffee bar lead guests to the formal dining room. Across from the dining room, the custom kitchen features, a gas range, and stove, as well as two sinks, including an island counter with sink and bar seating. You will find plenty of counter space to prepare and cook a family feast. Enjoy your breakfast in the cute breakfast nook between the kitchen and living room, just right for a nice morning bite. The grand living room opens up with a two-story ceiling and features a large stone gas fireplace centerpiece. Guests will enjoy sitting back and enjoying their favorite show on the wall-mounted, smart TV, or gazing out to the private oasis on the back patio.

In the back of the house off of the living room, is the back king master bedroom. A large, walk-in closet is perfect for storing away all of your luggage for your long vacation. At the end of the day, you were sure to relax in the custom bathroom, featuring a large, soaking tub, oversized shower with two spray heads, and double vanity. This bedroom also has a panoramic view of the patio oasis, as well as direct access.

The vacation continues onto the back patio as guests can enjoy making their favorite meal on the built-in gas grill with plenty of covered outdoor seating space. The large pool deck is completely screened in, helping keep those pesky bugs away and allowing you to relax in peace. Guests will enjoy an oversized spillover spa into a large pool. There is plenty of space to lounge back and soak up some sun with two outdoor loungers, chairs, and plenty of space for the kids to enjoy. With well-appointed tropical plants, palms inside the patio, and a Florida forest beyond the backyard, guests truly feel like they have been transported to a tropical oasis. Rumor has it there are a few cows that roam the woods, so you may even see a peaceful, bovine friend, hanging out behind the fence.

The remaining living quarters are all located on the second floor of the house. The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
