High End completely renovated unit (Sept 2019) and 1.5 miles away from Disney. All our units are completely renovated, and near Disney. We put allot of time and money into our units and most importantly try our best to make the whole experience memorable (We are SUPERHOST). Our units are designed professionally with high quality furniture. Most importantly all our units are affordable and fraction of the cost of hotels. We look forward to serve you!

Self-catered house. As a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. You may find 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one in the holder and one extra), a roll of paper towel, a couple of trash bags, and liquid dish soap

Pets are allowed but on a case to case basis. Please check with owner before you bring your pets.

Check out time is STRICTLY at 11AM. Any late check out is subjected to a late check out fee of USD100. Please note that there is no hair and body soap provided!

From time to time certain offerings inside the condo (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing all together. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologise in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible. No refunds are given in either event.

Distance and time listed to the parks are approximations, time may vary do to traffic or other incidents.

 convenient 10 min uber rides to major attractions and everything we wanted to see!! Mark was very responsive! Great spot and perfect size for my daughter and I. On the third floor which gave us peace of mind

Fabulous location and great condo perfect for our visit to Disney and Universal! 10ish mins to Disney parks. Close to grocery and dining. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay: bedding, towels, and a nice amount of dishes, utensils, and glassware in the kitchen. Pool was great although a little chilly for it being listed as heated. The resort buildings in general could use a little fixing up here and there. Communication with the hosts was excellent and check-in check-out were super easy. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to other travelers.

I stayed at this property for a 4 night stay and it did not disappoint. The room itself was tidy, clean and updated. It had everything I needed to be able to prepare breakfast each morning before heading out for the day. The building the room was in was still being renovated. The other buildings that had been completed looked really nice so this one will look nice on the outside soon also. The pool area was really nice-with the exception of the whirlpool not being hot but the pool house bathroom was nice and clean also. Overall it was a nice stay and I would return.

Great condo, not a great area

The host was great and the condo was as described. The building was in disrepair and the area did not feel super safe. One of the hotels on the road is abandoned. The distance to Disney Springs was great. It was 25 min from Universal.

En tĂ©rminos generales la propiedad es buena. EstĂĄ muy bien ubicada cerca de casi todos los parques, tiendas y restaurantes. Es limpia y tiene todos los utensilios necesarios de cocina y baño. Pero

. La coneccion wifi es terrible. Si eres extrangero y no llevas un chip con datos vas a estar incomunicado El ambiente no es del todo agradable, sobre todos si vas con niños pequeños. Ves gente fumando marihuana y del mal aspecto en algunos sitios. La piscina estaba un poco sucia. No me atrevĂ­ a usarla con mi hijo pequeño. AdemĂĄs es un poco ruidosa ya que estĂĄ justo al lado de la I4 y escuchas los carros pasando por la autopista. En general la propiedad es Buena. Pero para mi no serĂ­a mi opciĂłn para otra estadĂ­a

Great condo!

This condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean, has all the necessities needed. The building has a laundry machine and drier which was a great addition. The host was great, reached out to us to ensure we were enjoying the stay. This location is perfect and has a grocery store minutes away. One thing is the wifi was quite poor in the room where often data worked better. Other than that, amazing.

Cute, Clean, and CLOSE to Disney Parks

This was a cute place for a weekend stay for a youth sporting event at the ESPN World Center. The beds were comfy and the unit was spotless. The pool was small but heated. The hot tub was not working. The laminate floors were a little creaky. I felt safe and the place was quiet. There is an abandoned hotel on the main road that was sketchy but this complex was at the very back and was safe.

Parking lot

Some people drive too fast in the parking lot, but that can't be patrolled. Also on the evening before we left, someone stole the wheels off the drivers side of a vehicle in the parking lot. Very bizarre.

We love staying in this place. The photos show exactly what the apartment looks like. It was very clean, with new sheets and towels available, and the communication with the owner was excellent. I not only recommend it but I'll definitely plan another stay in the future.

Perfect location! We loved this place

We really enjoyed our stay! Very close to the Disney parks (Max 15 mins) and many restaurants. It is located next to the I-4 but it is very quiet! Enough place for parking your car. Communication with owner was plesant and fast. We would recommend appartment for couples/small families.
