Regal Oaks at Old Town is a luxury, gated,, townhouse resort located 3 miles east of Disney's main gate. This world class resort will help you to have a relaxing and memorable vacation. It features: Large resort pool, slides, jacuzzi, (handicap accessable) plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, cabanas. pool bar & grill with thirst quenching drinks, games, fitness center, business center with free WiFi, mini market, gift shop, tennis, and pickleball. Our freshly painted & newly remodeled home is walking distance to all the resort amenities (180 steps), plus Old Town Kissimmee and Funspot USA. The close proximity of Old Town means that you can walk to the popular car cruise nights, go carts, Day Spa and entertainment. Nearby you’ll also find Celebration Golf Club, bike rentals, and many additional stores, & restaurants. This makes our home the ideal choice for visitors to the major attractions of the Orlando area. Sea world / Discovery Cove are 8 miles and Universal / Islands of Adventure 13 miles. Orlando airport is 20 miles. Kennedy Space Center is 68 miles and the nearest beach 70 miles. This large 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is always well maintained. Enjoy new furniture in each room, luxury vinyl, plank flooring, new decor and bedding. There are 4 flat screen TV’s, central air conditioning/heat, and each of the main rooms have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has its own balcony, New King size bed and Master bath suite with soaking tub after a long day at the park, walk in closet and flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom is a brand new Mickey & Minnie themed room you'll love. It has it's own en-suite, twin beds, ceiling fan, closet, & TV. The 3rd bedroom is on the main level. It has a New Queen size bed with TV and large walk in closet. The main level also has a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to eat in and includes: oven, large fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, pots and utensils. Eat at the counter or at the dining table. Relax on the new sofa. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. All bed linen is provided. A hairdryer is provided. All towels are provided. Wireless high speed internet access is available in the house free of charge. The unit is self catering. Initial supplies of toilet paper, toiletries will be provided on arrival. Additional supplies, together with washing machine and dishwasher detergent, are the responsibility of the guests. Additional equipment, crib, high chair, stroller can be rented from our management company at additional cost. If baby/child equipment is required, please advise the owners at least 4 weeks before the rental commences. We want you to have a memorable and enjoyable vacation. We loved our stay at the rental! Well stocked kitchen, clean resort and home, everything we needed! We enjoyed the pool, game tables and how close we were to restaurants and entertainment. We will be back again for another stay soon!

The condo was in a nice location, walking distance to Old Town and just a 15 min drive to the Disney parks. Please note that because Old Town is so close by, you will hear the roller coasters and go karts that run daily until 11pm or midnight. The condo was clean, except for the couch which was covered in dog hairs. This was upsetting because the condo was advertised as pet free and we had folks with pet allergies in our party. The host was very responsive and offered to have the cleaning service come back; it was unclear if that service returned because we still had to vacuum the couch twice ourselves and use a lint roller on it and we were still seeing dog hairs throughout the week. We ended up leaving a day early because one of our folks couldn’t stand sneezing any more. The pool area was really nice although the food at the clubhouse was not great.

Location is perfect! Old Town is a short 2 minute walk - Disney Parks are 15 minutes away. Plenty of space for a family getaway- the resort pool is heated and waterslides add some extra flair with plenty of seating on the sun deck! The house is as advertised and affordable and has it all - the tennis courts were a blast as well!

We had the best time ever at this location! Everything was above and beyond our expectations! The condo was super clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful! The pool was warm and just a very short walk from the condo! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Outstanding location and the townhouse was great for our needs with lots of room and well appointed. Very surprised the first morning taking my service for a walk we ran into numerous wild deer, apparently, they come out from the wood at back of property and are fed by locals living there. The main office, restaurant/bar and pool area are magnificent. The proximity to Old Town was perfect very nice walk and very safe. John, the host is very helpful answering all my questions and keeping in touch.

Very nice property. Clean and well maintained. It was quite large and very comfortable. The water pressure in the showers was excellent. The location is very convenient for going to disney and there were a lot of restaurants nearby.

Overall this townhome was perfect for what we needed as a family and the plans we had for the weekend. The only feedback I would have is on the cleanliness. One of the beds had stains on the sheets and the towels had random hair on them.

House was beautiful and clean. Very safe friendly neighborhood. Beautiful property with deer roaming around. Nice short walk to Old Town. Pool was nice but the water slides were only open one time during our stay, which was very disappointing for the kids. The onsite restraunt was great, food was delicious. Our family had an amazing stay. Will definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay. Was really surprised at the food and the pool. They have a geat sports bar that has great food and drinks. Pool was amazing. Woke up every morning to a family of deer right by our rental. Oh and best thing is your right next door to the Old Town.

We loved the location. Was perfect for our grandkids. After dinner walked at the old town. And trip to legoland, Disney spring, and the seaworld. Was all perfect. We have great time. Only thing I would change is the appliance in the condo. Maybe it’s time to up date, the fridge don’t have light. We have to use the flesh light to see in, and don’t have ice maker. We have to used what the owner left in there to make ice cube. Which is for 6 person wasn’t enough. But over all the unit was very clean. The owner is very easy to connect. And very friendly. We had an awesome time and the condo was perfect. We were close to Walt Disney World but away from the crowds at nightIt was awesome being able to cook healthy meals in the kitchen The only downside was the slide at the pool was never open when we were there BUT we only did pool time in the evening so it may have been open during the day. The pool was wonderful and we appreciated the zero entry for the grandkids We will definitely stay here again! The host was also very responsive and amazing! An added feature were seeing the deer who live in the woods behind the condo. They were very friendly

The house was very nice. It was close enough to the shops and the parks. Only thing I will add is that the sheets were clean, but pilling. It was uncomfortable against bare skin. Check in/check out was seamless. Spacious place.

Our stay was great! Our condo was close to the front where all the amenities were so short walk for pool, workout room, etc

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! The property is in a fantastic location—conveniently close to both Disney and Universal, which made getting to the parks a breeze. We also loved being able to walk to Zac’s, the onsite restaurant, and to Old Town for a couple of enjoyable meals. The property itself was comfortable and well-equipped with all the essentials we needed. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to other families looking for a relaxing place to stay while visiting the parks.

The unit looks exactly how's it is listed. The host was very responsive. The only problem is the gate code wasn't provided in the check-in instructions, but again host very responsive and we were provided that informationquickly They were able to accommodate our last minute request to check in early. Definitely will stay there anytime we go to Orlando.

Nice Stay in a Great Location!

We had a wonderful week staying at Regal oaks. The amenities were great and the location was perfect! The owner was also very responsive. The Mickey Mouse room was a nice touch for our toddler. We hated to leave. Would recommend this property and will be back.

Perfect for a Disney Trip

We picked this because of the location. Its just a few minutes from Disneyworld. Our biggest surprise was having Old Town and Food trucks right down the street.The pool was excellent!

Stay while frequenting ESPN WW of Sports

Stayed for the High School Dance Championships. Found the rental to be very clean and perfect location for travel back and forth to Disney and the ESPN WW of Sports. Nothing fancy but beds slept very comfortably and everything easy to navigate. Perfect for our needs. We did have to bug the owner for the gate code very late at night during arrival because it had not been sent but the guard still let us in and we received the code from the owner shortly after. Would stay here again and recommend it. The pool was BEAUTIFUL although we were too busy to take advantage on the one day the weather permitted. Would recommend this property!
