A bright resort home with private pool and spa within the premium gated community of Bella Vida. Home is 4 mins walk from the resort clubhouse / amenities. The south-west facing deck overlooks the lake and the property also features its own games room as well as the resort amenities. Just minutes away from the attractions and popular shopping and restaurant choices, the home is a great base for a vacation to central Florida.

The living room has comfortable sofas and a large screen TV to relax. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to cater for your family. Grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar, or enjoy a full meal together at the formal dining table. Or why not dine outdoors under the covered shaded area?

The screened-in pool deck faces south west and has a view over the lake behind. Spend the day splashing in the pool in the Florida sunshine, and sink into the bubbling spa as the sun goes down.
Pool/spa heating is available at an additional cost.

BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, also with access to the pool deck, plus an ensuite bathroom. There are two twin bedrooms that are perfect for the children. There is a further bedroom with queen size bed.

The games room features a pool and air hockey table.

The Bella Vida resort is a quiet gated community of high-end homes, just 8 miles from Disney and close driving distance to Universal and Sea World. The resort clubhouse and pool back onto a large pond with plenty of loungers to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. There are basketball and volleyball courts, a fitness center, as well as a playground for the little ones. The clubhouse also offers a gym, table tennis and foosball.

We had a great stay! The house was clean and a good layout. It was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool and walking down to the neighborhood park. The neighborhood was very nice! The location was great! Close to Disney and walking distance to Walmart and Chick-Fil-A.

We absolutely loved 1000 Marcello! Everything you need to have a wonderful stay in Florida. The private pool and jacuzzi were perfect and we had so much fun with the pool and air hockey table. The neighborhood is immaculate with daily garbage pickup! Wifi worked super fast too!!

Great Secure Location

Had a wonderful stay as always at Bella Vida Resort as its ideally securely situated...The Villa was Great quite basic but with loads of room as we had a couple of our Party with Mobility issues so the drop into Showers were difficult as that wasn't shown in the photos, so we bought a step and that sorted that issue....also the outside pool furniture had seen better days, as dirty and worn, could definitely do with replacing....overall a good stay despite the encounter with Hurricane Milton !!!!

Villa was spacious and provided plenty of space for our group of 6. We enjoyed the heated pool everyday. The bathrooms were spotless and linens were clean and fresh. Both the management co and the owner were responsive to our calls. The furniture was old and worn. We enjoyed our stay.

Exactly what we needed

Very nice property with all the amenities we needed. Pool and jacuzzi were heated and we were able to spend some good time even though the weather was chilly. My 8 year old enjoyed the game room. Only suggestion to upgrade the living room to smart tv or streaming system. Other than that everything was perfect.

House was great. The garbage system was horrible.

Raccoons sitting on top of bin for garbage, trash was not picked up Thursday, and Friday. We took the trash down to the dumpster. Raccoons all over at the dumpster. Previous renters put trash inside of bin that was not in a proper bag I had to clean up the bin.
