Guest Access:

✹Parking: Free parking for up to 5 cars is available in the driveway, with additional street parking permitted within the community.

✹Family Amenities: We offer baby essentials like a Pack ’n Play, high chair, stroller, and baby bath to make your stay more comfortable. If you need babysitting services, feel free to ask.

✹Pet Policy: We love pets, but our property maintains a no-pet policy to ensure the comfort of all guests.

✹Work-from-Home Setup: Stay connected with free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house. There is multiple laptop-friendly spots available in our home.

Check-In Instructions:

Resort Gate Access:

Windsor Island Resort is a gated community, and we have a few simple steps to ensure your smooth arrival:

✹All guests over 18 must be pre-registered. Please send the full names of all adult guests, and we will add them to the resort’s security list.

✹Gate security will ask for a photo ID from each adult guest upon arrival.

✹A re-entry pass will be issued after security clearance, granting you easy access for the duration of your stay.
Ultimate Comfort:

We take pride in offering a relaxing and stress-free environment for our guests, with thoughtful amenities that ensure your comfort. Our home is professionally cleaned, and we provide premium toiletries in each bathroom.

Pool & Spa Maintenance:

The pool and spa are cleaned weekly by professionals, and pool heating is included in your stay. Please note that weather conditions below 55°F (13°C) may limit the ability of the pool heater to maintain optimal temperatures.

Technology & Security:

External security cameras are installed for your safety, monitoring the front door, driveway, and pool area. These cameras are not actively monitored, and no cameras are inside the home.

Housekeeping Services:

Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request.

Pest Control:

Florida’s tropical climate occasionally invites insects. Our home is treated regularly by a professional pest control service, but should you encounter any issues, please notify us immediately, and we will handle it promptly.

Package Delivery:

We can accept package deliveries during your stay. However, please note that USPS does not deliver to vacation rental homes. For guaranteed doorstep delivery, please use carriers such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

Travel Insurance:

We recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations due to weather or travel delays, as refunds are not issued for such events.

Community Policies:
