The Retreat is the next phase, following on from the extremely popular Serenity Resort. These 2 storey townhomes are truly unique, not only offering Luxury accommodation at affordable costs but they also have their own individual private plunge pool.

Our Home is a classic example of these impressively designed properties that benefit from an open plan living space downstairs, giving it a bright and airy feel with a decor that is simply stunning. This home has the added benefit of being the end terrace.

The Living Room is tastefully decorated with a calming green and cream décor and has a smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating for your guests, the perfect setting to discuss plans for the rest of your day or simply to unwind.

The Kitchen is high end, fully equipped and will cater for all your needs whether it is a quick breakfast/ lunch that can be enjoyed at the cosy Breakfast Bar or a more formal family meal at the 6-seat dining table.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES INCLUDE A WASHER AND DRYER FREE WI FI AND CABLE TV & FREE US AND CANADA CALLS.

The three beautiful bedrooms continue with the green and cream décor and are simply stunning. They all boast luxury furnishings that will enchant you and offer a lovely private retreat at the end of the day.

The Master Suite includes a King size bed, Flat Screen TV, with Ensuite facilities and has the wonderful addition of a Balcony which will be ideal for a little quiet time before breakfast or somewhere to enjoy an early evening cocktail and enjoy the views.

There is also a Queen Suite with a Flat Screen TV and Ensuite Shower. The perfect room for your guests to enjoy.

The Twin Bedroom boasts two full beds and has a delightful window seat, Flat Screen TV and separate bathroom. A great room for siblings to share.

The pool deck has a covered area where you can sit and enjoy the delights of outdoor dining, relax and sample the lovely Florida weather, read a book and have a dip in the pool and is the perfect place to unwind after a day in the Parks.

- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.

Wonderful property!

We loved our visit! The property was exactly as pictured! We loved the pool. The condo was clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of room for us to spread out in comfort. The location was perfect for our Disney trip! We will stay here again!

Warning: DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!

Let me start by saying, “0” is not a rating option! We took this trip to celebrate my granddaughter’s 3rd bday at Disney
 TERRIBLE STAY!! First red flag, they’ll ask for the deposit (2days) AFTER you pay for the rental. And you’ll have to pay with their personal link which seemed like a scam. Any time the terms and conditions DONT make sense
 RUN! Second red flag
 our check in time was at 4. We was rudely greeted by the housekeeper who was still cleaning at 4. We had to stand outside with our small kids as she finished around 430. I contacted the property manager as this was an inconvenience. No one contacted us to give a heads up
 They did NOT accept accountability or offered any compensation. THIRD RED FLAG .. around 6pm after check in, a strange man is walking through the door. He did not have anything in his hands. He claimed he knocked and he’s maintenance. This is very traumatic for our family. The guy was very rude saying “he can come inside whenever. I understand if we called maintenance or the property manager would have given us a heads up but this was so wrong. Not only did he come in once unannounced but, twice! And the second time he still didn’t knock and brought tissue and a trash bag. This was supposed to be done before a tenant occupy the unit. I wanted to pack up and leave then but this company is robbery! As I contacted management, they again refused to accept accountability and admit this was not right. Instead they literally fussed back with me, did not care about my families safety and was very rude. Half of the amenities did not work. The TV stopped working, you can’t use the balcony (in the pictures) due to water damage
 most of the blinds didn’t open. Let me not forget the trash cans outside was filled with trash so we couldn’t take our trash out. I communicated all my concerns immediately to management and the SUCK! I would not recommend this BS property to no one ever! WORST TRIP! I know the property manager will reply to this post but I guarantee they will not take accountability or offer any type of compensation for our inconvenience! They will be defensive as they were during out trip!

This was my first experience renting a temporary house. Honestly I didn’t believed that it will be so easy. This experience made me plan my next vacation in the same way. The staying in this house was very good, except for some little issues in the house , but in general everything was very good.

Not the cleanest

Upon arrival to our home there was trash all on the front porch. We called 4x and not till the 3rd day was the trash picked up.. The couches were ripped and taped up. There were missing blinds on the bottom and second floor that kept falling when we tried to put them back up. The downstairs tv was working fine then the screen went black and didn’t work for the rest of the stay. The carpets look like they haven’t been clean for ages.. On our last night when we were packing up a cockroach ran across the room. Our towels weren’t in the linen closet, they were all in the dryer. The rooms were a decent size and it was a plus to have 3 bathrooms. Overall it’s was an ok stay and made it work but I don’t think we would stay there again. July 2022

About 30 minutes away from magic kingdom

It's about a good 30 minutes away from magic kingdom. We stayed a week. Went to all 4 Disney World Parks. We had a lot of fun. The property needs some repairs. Nothing major. The AC was broken and they promised me a 50 % discount . I'm still waiting for it. The washing machine smells terrible. I guess nobody cleans it. The walls need to be painted and the rugs need to be professionally cleaned or changed. The refrigerator freezes my bottle waters and fruits. No complaints about that since it helps drinking them at Disney World cold. Every time something broke the next day someone would come and fix it. The blinds on the sliding doors are very cheap and don't block all the sun light. The blinds also don't close properly. If you try to close the they fall off. Pain in the neck. When I get my 50 % discount I'm sure it will feel much better.

Spacious home

This home had plenty of room with 3 bedrooms, a nice size living area and comfortable kitchen and dining area. The pool was small but a good enough size to cool off. The community pool and hot tub were great and we enjoyed going over to the small rec center in the evening to play ping pong. Check in was quick and easy and the home gave us easy access to many activities and was close to groceries and other necessities.

The complex was nice and quiet and close to theme parks and shopping. Everything was as pictured. Furniture was a little worn. TV remote in living room lost pairing every day. This building has a single internet connection branched into wifi access points for each unit; 1 upper and 1 lower in each. which results in very slow speeds. No individual cable modem to reset. ATT mobile signal is very weak we only had one bar. Overall. Good value for the money.

Woning ligt in prima omgeving. Alles goed bereikbaar. Echter wordt verhuurd voor 8 personen maar is hier niet op ingericht. Te weinig handdoeken. Huis is destijds leuk ingericht maar inmiddels is update hard nodig. Bank, screen, kastjes lamellen alles is kapot of bij elkaar geplakt. Schimmel in de douche en keuken. Je betaald voor welkomspakket, schoonmaak en verzekering. Helaas blijkt dit in praktijk anders te zijn. Zwembad is jacuzzi formaat. Buiten zitten kan niet door kapot screen. Verhuurder en managment geven niet thuis.

Birthday Getaway

The pool area wasn’t completely clean as there was still clothing from the previous guests stay, also the carpet really needs to be cleaned. It would also have been nice to know that there would be no washcloths or dish towels. The townhouse is located in a convenient part of town and for the most part provided a decent stay.
