Family reunion
This house was unbelievable! We had 17people… 5,6,7,8.910,11, and 16…plus their parents and us the grandparents. The house was exceptionally clean and spacious. Had nice beds and baths for everyone and the management was the best we have ever experienced. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Great home, great time
Stayed here with my entire family (8 adults 8 kids) and had the chance to really get out and explore. The house has some good and bad, overall a positive experience! The good: Beautiful pool and view, plenty of space, clean home with no mold or other structural issues, good communication with the property manager, amazing checkout process (no cleaning required), excellent community center, very comfortable beds! The bad: 60% of the games in the game room are broken, from the looks of it they have been broken for a long time. Several safety issues (missing 2 smoke detectors, open electrical wiring, open electrical outlets with major risk to small children |living room outlet | pool lights are broken, oven door cracked). I did reach out to the manager company about the pool lights but no action was taken. I would not hesitate too stay here again, as mentioned positive experience

Close to everything!
This was a great place to stay in the Orlando area. Plenty of space for everyone, a fun game room, large kitchen and plenty of hangout space. Beds were super comfortable. Everything was very clean! We loved that the pool had a safety fence. So glad we paid to have it heated…worth it!! The clubhouse is a 10 minute walk and we were impressed with the offerings of the gym there. Communication was AMAZING!

Great for large families with children
We had 8 adults and 9 children that were ages 9 to infants. The house is very spacious and never did we feel crowded. The children, and adults, loved the game room, the children thought the themed bedrooms were amazing, and we had a few family movie nights in the theater room. Since we were there in early March, we did pay the extra for heating the pool and hot tub (highly recommended). The management team was very responsive and quick to address any of our needs. The community pool and recreation area is a bit of a walk, but not bad. Due to the number of small children, we did opt to drive to the pool/recreation a few times, which requires you to leave the resort property and re-enter through another gate, but that was easy to navigate once we figured that out (when walking you stay on property). Thank you for providing us with such a lovely home for our large family vacation!

Great Location and community amenities
The house was clean and had plenty of space for the 6 of us. It had a high chair and all the towels, shampoo and shower gel were provided which was great. The community had a great pool, lazy river and slides that the kids enjoyed. Its within 5 min drive to Walmart and Harris Teeter, i recommend the Walmart since HarrisTeeter was super busy and more expensive. The house had a few broken items but nothing that really bothered us. The kitchen could have been stocked better, we were missing large plates and dishes for salads...

Best Birthday Celebration Ever!!
This was the perfect location to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. There was plenty of room for our party of 12 with lots of fun amenities for the kids and younger adults. The pool and hot tub were used every day as was the game room. The host was extremely responsive to all of our petty asks and I would definitely book this place again when we come back. I couldn't recommend this place more highly to large family groups.
