This home was very clean and welcoming with our arrival. We came down right before the large ice storm came through the whole east coast and the owners even offered us early entry once communicating we may arrive early now with the extreme weather case. The owners were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any message/call. We noticed a few things in the home, and let them know as we entered and checked the home out before "moving in". They offered to fix the mentioned few but we passed, as we didn't mind and they said they would address them after our check out! The hot tub had a slow leak so sadly we didn't use it as much as we would have liked and hoped, but they again were going to have a maintenance person fix that at check out. We did take the short walk a couple times around the pond to the community pool and hot tub. I will say, with the extreme cold front for FL, they don't continue to "heat" the large pool. The hot tub was nice and the bar was still open around the pool. The grounds were clean and quiet. The staff at the community building were very helpful and friendly. They have mailboxes on site to mail your post cards. The gate card is easy to get and return. The home is also in a great location for your Disney vacation (maybe 20 min) Universal (maybe 28-30) and We took an hour drive to the coast for The Kennedy Space Center. All very direct and easy travels. Walmart is right down the road and Door Dash was a huge help after LONG park days.
