The rooms are small, but the location and amenities are fantastic. It’s right near Dotonbori and just a short walk from the train station—super convenient for getting around Osaka. The staff were excellent, providing great customer service during check-in and check-out, and were especially helpful with arranging luggage delivery. Overall, a great value if you prioritize location and service.

Location Location Location... this hotel is located close to the train stations and the wonderful mess that is Dotonbori. We had no problem navigating to area sites and attractions from the Agora. As expected, the room was small but neat, quiet and clean. The staff were uniformly helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!!!

The hotel is in an awesome spot. Close to Dontonbori and the staff are amazing. My rating was solely based on the hotel building itself. The air conditioning barely worked. The floor hallways looks like they do not vacuum it. The rooms are out dated along with the furniture. It definitely needs a remodel.

This hotel is in the best location possible, the metro entrance is right in front of it!! Room is standard small, but not the smallest we’ve had in Japan! Bed was comfortable and the room was clean, as usual in Japan!

We stayed at Agora Place while in Osaka. The hotel location is convenient- right by Namba station, and walking distance to and from Dotonbori & shopping areas, with lots of food options near by. The room itself is somewhat outdated compared to the hotels we stayed at in Tokyo & Kyoto, and the bed could be a little bit more comfortable.
