Great location

A modern hotel in a fantastic location. Once checked in, room access bypasses the reception area completely, which contributed to the stay feeling impersonal. The breakfast was a confused mixture of food styles that could be improved. The day time room cleaning involved a towel change, but no made up beds or fresh mugs on our return, which was disappointing. Overall, a nice hotel in a great location.

The hotel is very close to the Shinsaibashi area but no parking available nearby the property but the good thing is they offer better rate for alternative parking. Staff are very welcoming but not exceptional. But, the room is big

Perfect Location

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and the perfect location! This hotel was a gem. You can access the main Dotonbori area within a couple of minutes. So much fun to stay here and be able to walk everywhere.
