Easy access to public transportation and convenience stores. The hotwl itswlf is a different story. The bathroom has a peculiar odor and the lights are too bright and placements are awkward.

Rooms are OK. Clean, new and tidy. Staff are friendly. But the space around the reception counter is very limited. Also, the smell in the reception was not that good - guess the smell of the cleaning agent on the floor.

The location was fantastic but the evening staff seemed very disinterested in helping us. We asked for extra pillows and was told they run out. Never heard of a hotel running out of pillows. The fridge in our room was super loud. Comparing to all the other hotels we had been in Japan this is probably the worst experience.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big for a single person! It's literally a 3-5 minute walk from Namba Station and Dotonbori! And you can't beat the price! Very affordable. I enjoyed my experience and I recommend for anyone visiting Osaka! I will return again!!! A++

OK hotel

We stayed for 3 nights in a two twin bed room. It was quiet in the alley away from the main street and takes around 15 minute walk to Namba station (closest station is Nipponbashi station which is not a main station) and Dotonbori. The room was small as expected with toilet and bathroom (with bathtub) separately. Pillow was too soft and I could not sleep and asked for an extra one, but they said no since they only provided only one pillow per guest. The bed was too hard. The elevator was very tiny (fits 2 adults with 2 luggages). In short, I was ok with my stay but I will find another hotel that is closer to Namba station and Dotonbori.

very small room

the room is very small, but the bathroom, toilet is rooming comparing with the same class hotels. We have a twin bedroom and both bed is almost stick together and have barely space to move around. Wasting too much space in the bathroom in my opinion. Location is not bad, walking distance to namba. Free WiFi speed is ~9.66Mbps/Down and ~69.0 Mbps/Up

10 min walk to Namba, 7min to Kuromon Market, 5 min walk to Nippombashi station - excellent location. Doton Tour Bus to and fro from Kansai airport to Doton Plaza which is 5min walk to the hotel is very convenient . Hotel is located behind the National Bunraku theatre . Take Exit no.7 from Nippombashi station . Room is small for two persons but very comfortable for one. Hotel and room are very clean.
