Location convenient 10 mins walk to Tokyo station, receptionist fluent English speaking, however pls note extra tax charges yen 200/pax/night.

Just ok. Not worth going again
Everywhere was so dirty in our room. We also asked them to clean behind the fridge since we noticed it was dirty after we checked to see why it wasn’t working. We asked them to fix fridge too. Nothing happened. Then the cleaners smelled like body odor. Also our water refill was broken on our floor. Not sure how eco friendly it is to give new tooth brush every night. Also floor was dusty. Then the bathroom was closed in lobby when we got back to hotel. Good location to Lawson and seven 11 and train station

Nice little stay
Hotel was exactly what i was looking for, in a single night visit to osaka. Was still able to see a bit of everything and being a few minutes away from a station, was able to quickly go farther south toward the osaka tower. Entrance was lovely and reception wqs quick and easy. Room was cozy and clean.
