While I was able to hear what was going on outside (cars) it was a good area and easy to get to multiple locations around the area. Breakfast was great! Checkin and checkout was a breeze.

Hotel is at a walking distance from train stations. There is a variety of shops, restaurants, and fast food options around the hotel. Need to upgrade the cleaning.

My room is on the 4th floor, there is no sound proofing so you can hear noise from other rooms and outside. The bed is not comfortable-each time you move, it makes a noise. There is no toiletries provided too. The room bathroom door makes too much noise when closing so your companion would be awaken. The hotel smells dust, it really needs cleaning. The only thing best is that there’s many restaurants around.

This hotel is not children friendly. They charge children at adult rate which is equivalent to a single room rate, they did not offer us an extra room or provide extra pillow. Furthermore, they do not clean the rooms and towels are only change every 4 days! They also charge for toothbrush and toothpastes! Very ridiculous! This hotel mainly service tourists with tour group/guide and it is always pack every morning with luggages and people everywhere which makes it difficult to even walk out of the hotel or even check out. I STRONGLY DO NOT recommend this hotel at all!

Staff were friendly and location is good. Amenities were pretty poor. There is a jug in the room but no complimentary tea or coffee. We stayed 5 nights and were told that we would get cleaning on a day of our choice. I went to reception in the middle of our stay to ask for cleaning the following morning. The next evening when we got back to the room, cleaning had not been done. Towels do not get changed. Bathroom had hairs on the floor and around the shower when we arrived.

Fairly priced hotel with very limited amenities. If you are hoping to have tooth brush etc in bathroom, please bring your own. For eco-friendliness, room will not be touched up daily nor sheets changed or fresh towels. Place seemed a little dirty, particularly the walls, vents, and floors…
