This is a very nice property! It is modern, well equipped with everything you need, and very comfortable. It is light and bright with nice views, and the complex is very well taken care of. Beds are comfortable, patio is great, pools (11 in all) are nice, location is terrific. It’s close to the new miles-long walking/biking trail and easy to get around. Trader Joe’s is within walking distance. It’s a very quiet, peaceful development. The unit was pretty clean and in good shape. Communication with Victoria from Sunny Days was terrific, and she was quite helpful. There was a bees nest outside the front door which was something the HOA had to take care of, and someone finally came and sprayed for them but the bees returned a few days later. All in all, a lovely place to stay! I would not hesitate to rent again.
