Loved this property! Loved the size of the resort and the overall vibe was relaxed. Rooms are a great size, well appointed and enjoyed our patio. The pool is stunning, with firepits to enjoy in the evening. The service was exceptional, around the pool and around the resort. Always enough room at the pool, and parking was close and easy. Coffee shop was close. Walk to dowtown about 15 to 20 mins which was perfect. Would highly recommend this cool, boutique hotel and will definately stay again.

Arrive was a nice adult only hotel. It was quiet, DJ at pool was nice, not too loud. Pool was heated which was really nice. The staff was very nice and attentive. Room was nice and trendy design. For the price I paid, I would expect for coffee maker to be in room. There wasn't enough storage to hang clothes. Bath products were nice/higher end brand. All in all it was a nice stay, but for the price I would probably stay elsewhere.

This property had everything we needed: food, drinks, coffee, and even ice cream! The room was so cute and very spacious. A few things could’ve been cleaner: the tv and a/c vent and return were very dusty. The provided conditioner in the shower was empty. I’m sure I could’ve called down to have them refill it, but I only noticed once I was in the shower, so it was only a minor inconvenience. Overall, the property is very well maintained and is in a great location. Also loved that it was an Adults Only hotel. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Check-in experience was disappointing. Our reservation stated a 3 p.m. check-in, but when we arrived at 4 p.m., the room still wasn’t ready. We were told to wait another 30 minutes by a staff member at the bar (there’s no real front desk), but no explanation or gesture was offered — no drink, no voucher, nothing. For a boutique hotel, a bit of hospitality in that moment would’ve gone a long way. That said, once we got in, the rest of the stay was fine.

This stay was absolutely amazing. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. It was our first time in Palm Springs, but I think I already found our place to stay every time we come! One morning the water was turned off, so we were unable to use the bathroom. We were able to use the public restroom while we waited and the staff took care of our breakfast for the inconvenience. I have never had such accommodating staff at a hotel stay until now! They have a customer for life.
