In the middle of the night the heater got so loud sounding like a jet plane landing in our room. Called the front desk in the morning to see if they could have someone come up to look at it during the day while we were gone. We got back early evening and it still had not been fixed. Nobody came into our room to even look at it. If they didn't want to send someone up they should have put us in a different room. Upon checkout the desk said they would discuss with the manager and someone would call me regarding a discount. Nobody has called me! Very poor customer service. The hotel was very clean. Sometimes i wonder if you book a room on hotels.com if they give you the worse one possible??? Shame on them, because i could have went elsewhere!!

Perfect location close to the casino. It cost much less and was a simple Uber ride to the casino. Breakfast bar was amazing and free.
