Mesquite Country Club Phase 2. In this gated community, this 2nd floor end-unit condo with 1 bedroom & 1 bath was recently redecorated with tasteful contemporary furnishings. With east and west exposures, you'll catch great views, the morning and evening light and a nice breeze with the sliding doors open.

The main living area features a leather sofa with built in dual recliners for the ultimate in TV or movie viewing comfort. The HDTV accesses basic cable and HBO channels as well as a DVD player. There is also a stereo sound system in the living/dining area. The living room balcony has a propane barbecue and looks east out into the tree tops and across Farrell Drive towards Mesquite CC Phase 1.

The large bedroom offers a King size bed, HDTV with DVD player, and a private sound system. The bedroom opens onto a large balcony with dramatic west and south views of the palm trees and San Jacinto mountains. There is a laundry closet on the balcony for your convenience. The bath features a tub/shower combo and comfy towels.

Enjoy views of mountains, relax and sun at the pools and spas, or play a game of tennis on property, or a round of golf at Mesquite Golf and Country Club right next door. It's literally walking distance!

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

Beautiful grounds and close to ammenities

We stayed in this condo for three months and really enjoyed the proximity to the walking and biking paths which were just outside the gates. Mesquite golf course is also about a two minute drive away. The grocery store is about a half mile away, and downtown which was one of the highlights with all the restaurants, stores and the Thursday evening market is about a mile and a half away. We could see the beautiful sunrise from the living room patio window every morning which we enjoyed a lot. From the bedroom deck we had a view of the two mountain passes albeit a little obstructed but still very nice. We had an issue with the fridge and the management company sent a service company to find the problem, order the part and install it as quickly as possible. Also the ironing board would not open and close and it was immediately replaced with a new one. The condo is very bright and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. There is road noise as the complex is on the corner of two main roads. The king sized bed was sagging and could use replacing. There is carpet in the bathroom which should be replaced with a more cleaning friendly surface. Overall our stay could not have been much better and we are looking forward to staying there next year. Nice condo in a sleepy complex on the golf course

The condo was exactly as described on VRBO, close to Starbucks and grocery store, short drive to downtown Palm Springs, and all the other attractions, such as aerial tramway and Indian Canyons hiking trails. There are a few pools throughout the complex, so we were the only people by the pool most of the time. My only complaint is that there was lots of maintenance going on during our stay. One day we couldn't use the balcony because of the roof maintenance, and there was lots of noise from the parking lot, where the concrete was being replaced. Also, condo is close to a very busy street, so lot's of traffic noise. Condo itself was nicely stocked with plenty of towels, it was clean and the kitchen had all the dishes needed to make a quick lunch or a breakfast. Check in at the OranjPalm was quick and efficient.
