David’s apartment was exactly like the photos. Quite a few fans were provided, but they were not necessary for us in late October. The building itself is secure, with stairs and an elevator that fits max two people. The apartment is in a very convenient spot near St. Germain Boulevard, a popular street with many shops and restaurants. All forms of transportation are nearby: there is a bike station right in front of the building, and the metro and the taxis are a few minutes’ walk away. If you’re from the United States looking for a bit of the familiar, Starbucks, McDonald’s, and Chipotle are all very close, as well (as of October 2025). David was a great host, communicating throughout the stay.
