The location was fine, people at the reception were cordial and helpful, the concierge was very, very helpful, my room was clean and comfortable. I had asked for a quiet room with a shower and that is what I got. Breakfast was exceptional and was very reasonable if booked at the time of registration.

A perfect Stay

We are delighted to have found this hotel. The rooms were a nice size and very clean. The restaurant on the first floor was good, and the second floor featured a beautiful terrace lounge and restaurant. There was also a nice breakfast. One of its best features was its location. A funky area and just a 25-minute walk to Notre Dame. Its metro line, featuring four different stations steps away, made access to any part of Paris extremely quick and easy.

The common areas such as lobby and bar are really nice but the rooms were so basic and uncomfortable considering how expensive it is. This type of bedroom you would expect at a budget cheap hotel. Also the room on the square is extremely noisy no sound proofing. On a positive note the staff were wonderful and the bar is nice. However, I would not stay here again taking into account the price!

The staff was accommodating and hotel clean. However, outside the front door is an appointed protestor(s) location which was very loud all day and night.

Hotel was just ok. Hotel was very tired on a very busy plaza with lots of homeless sleeping right out front. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke masked with perfume and there was a noisy fan in the bathroom that we had to listen to all night.

Better choices in the area

I booked this hotel as they had been promoting the refreshed rooms, but sadly it’s only a handful. It’s an aged, clunky old hotel with a cheap refurb, for the price you can stay in 4* hotels in the area
