Decent // Get what you pay for

Enjoyed the location and simplicity of the hotel. Rooms are small, and the shower flooded every time we used it. Overall it was an average hotel and on the cheaper side for this location.

It was small, but totally comfortable for two nights. The convenient location to the Louvre made this hotel incredibly ideal, and if you don’t mind a long walk, walking along the Seine at night to the Eiffel Tower was lovely :) would stay here again for a short term stay!

There were lots of problems during my stay. Ño electricity the first day and it took 3 days for them to get the internet back up. The reception person was not helpful, non apologetic, not friendly and just said it wasn’t her fault. Finally a really nice man showed up, kind, helpful and took over. We had internet our last day there.

The hotel’s location is excellent, and the staff were particularly nice, especially Stephen, who handled both my check-in and check-out. I give him five stars. The room’s condition was acceptable for the price I paid, so I can’t complain. However, there was only a bottle of hand wash in the room, so if you stay here, you’ll need to bring your own daily-use items. The good news is there’s a small store about a three-minute walk away where you can get everything you need. The room was quiet most of the time; there was slight noise, maybe from the metro trains, but it didn’t really bother me. Overall, I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Misrepresentation - there is no Kind Size bed!

I booked a room with a King Size bed, which was significantly more expansive than the Queen Size bed room. However, when checked in, I got a queen size bed room. The person at the reception said they don't have King Size bed rooms. I should Not have been charged the additional cost for the King Size bed room.

Super convenient location, and the room was pretty clean. But when I checked out on 10th November , the middle aged woman with at the front desk was super rude !!!!!!!!! She was having a bad day maybe (in the morning around 9 o’clock) , and I know she is parisiennes, but her attitude made me even sad. If she hadn’t been there, I would have giving this hotel a perfect review
