Comfortable, but with issues.

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and the bed was VERY comfortable. But... The bathroom was very tight and using the toilet uncomfortable. I also found out as I was leaving, that the door to my bedroom didn't lock as I left. Had I known that during my trip, I would have been far more anxious about leaving it during the day and sleeping at night. Overall, a nice place to stay, but too many issues for me to ignore and I would potentially think about staying somewhere else.

The room was your typical Parisian size…but could not get over how uncomfortable the bathroom was. The toilet was right up against the shower and everything in there was so tight. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Great location.

Lovely hotel in a great location, close to Metro, Le Marais and lots of restaurants. We had a room with a small balcony, which was very nice. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Enjoyed the location and simplicity of the hotel. Rooms are small, and the shower flooded every time we used it. Overall it was an average hotel and on the cheaper side for this location.

It was small, but totally comfortable for two nights. The convenient location to the Louvre made this hotel incredibly ideal, and if you don’t mind a long walk, walking along the Seine at night to the Eiffel Tower was lovely :) would stay here again for a short term stay!

There were lots of problems during my stay. Ño electricity the first day and it took 3 days for them to get the internet back up. The reception person was not helpful, non apologetic, not friendly and just said it wasn’t her fault. Finally a really nice man showed up, kind, helpful and took over. We had internet our last day there.

The room’s condition was acceptable for the price I paid, so I can’t complain. The good news is there’s a small store about a three-minute walk away where you can get everything you need. The room was quiet most of the time; there was slight noise, maybe from the metro trains, but it didn’t really bother me. Overall, I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Misrepresentation - there is no Kind Size bed!

I booked a room with a King Size bed, which was significantly more expansive than the Queen Size bed room. However, when checked in, I got a queen size bed room. The person at the reception said they don't have King Size bed rooms. I should Not have been charged the additional cost for the King Size bed room.

Super convenient location, and the room was pretty clean. But when I checked out on 10th November , the middle aged woman with at the front desk was super rude !!!!!!!!! She was having a bad day maybe (in the morning around 9 o’clock) , and I know she is parisiennes, but her attitude made me even sad. If she hadn’t been there, I would have giving this hotel a perfect review
